This session will take only 15minutes but will get your heart rate up in a hurry - aim to finish the reps + run as close to 60 seconds as possible to get some rest between sets to recover.
BURPEES | We all know and love them - you can choose between 'chest to ground burpees', and 'straight arm burpees'
BOX JUMPS | Remember high knees, get your full foot onto the box, and try to make as little noise as possible when you land. If you fatigue - turn around, sit on the box and do seated jumps as an alternative.
BOX BURPEES | Do a burpee, then jump on top of the box - again you have the alternative burpees to choose from
