Base fitness, Strength, & Endurance
Exercises used will increase your joint mobility and build your base fitness. Then, we use slower exercises to target different (smaller) muscle groups and help build strength over a full range of movement.
Power & Compound Movements
We’ve built up your strength, now its time to get that strength moving quickly and develop your power. The compound exercises we use require multiple joints and muscles to work at once – the objective is to minimise your recovery time between exercises.
